Having lived, and fished, in the beautiful county of Sussex for fifty years, Clive decided that it was time a few more people knew about its beauty, and the wealth of carp fishing it holds.

So, for the past year or so, he has spent his time hunting out as many waters as possible that hold carp, of any size. From secluded ½ acre pools to massive, windswept 300 acre reservoirs he has documented over two hundred lakes and rivers.

Day ticket waters, clubs and syndicates are all chronicled in an easy to navigate, colour coded soft back book of over 200 pages. The sections are split into East and West Sussex, Rivers and Canals, with a few Miscellaneous entries as well, and each entry has an easy to follow key showing facilities, fish sizes, directions and costs.

Scattered through the book are also a dozen or so articles by some well known Sussex anglers, as well as some short, sharp carping tips. To complete the directory is a list of Tackle Shops in the Sussex area.

Whether you just fancy a few hours float fishing on a summer’s evening, or to plan a season-long campaign for that fish of a lifetime, we’re sure there will be something in here for you. And don’t worry, you don’t have to live in Sussex to fish there; entry is open to everyone!
